Instant Pot Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32oz (about 16 cups) frozen green beans
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 cup fried onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

  1. Add green beans to the Instant Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom, milk, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour mixture over green beans and mix until combined and all green beans are coated.
  4. Secure lid and set the pressure valve to SEALING.
  5. Cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes.
  6. Press CANCEL.
  7. Quick-release the pressure.
  8. Press SAUTE.
  9. Add in the shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup of the fried onions. Stir to combine.
  10. Press CANCEL.
  11. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle remaining friend onions on top.
