Breaded Fried Pork Chops

Crispy fried pork chops with gravy are perfect served over mashed potatoes. They are tender and juicy on the inside with a crispy, flavorful outside.

You'll need bone-in pork chops, salt, pepper, all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, egg, avocado oil, onion, stock, cornstarch, and water.

Start by coating the pork chops in flour and shaking off the excess.

Place the floured pork chop in the egg and coat it completely.

Remove from the egg and dredge it in the breadcrumbs. Coat it completely and shake off the excess. Set it aside and repeat for all the pork chops.

Add pork chops to a skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once it's golden brown and crispy.

Once done, add onions to the skillet. Saute until softened and just starting to brown.

Add chicken stock and deglaze the skillet. Bring to a simmer and add a cornstarch slurry. Whisk over low until thickened.
