Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

This easy to make chicken and stuffing casserole is assembled and cooked entirely in the crockpot.

You'll need ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, water, frozen mixed vegetables, stuffing mix, and chicken breasts.

Start by adding ranch, water, and cream of chicken soup together in the crockpot. Whisk until it's smooth.

Add the vegetables and stuffing mix. Mix until the stuffing is completely coated.

Add seasoned chicken breasts to the crockpot, making sure they are sitting on the bottom of the crockpot.

Cover the chicken breasts with the stuffing mixture and cook on low for 4 hours.

For a crispier stuffing, you can remove the lid the last 30 minutes of cook time to release the condensation.
