creamy garlic shrimp

An easy and delicious one-pot creamy garlic shrimp recipe that's done in under 30 minutes. Serve it over pasta or spaghetti squash for a low-carb dinner.

– avocado oil – shrimp – salt and pepper – butter – garlic  – chicken broth – half & half – parmesan cheese – fresh herbs

Start by cooking the seasoned shrimp in a skillet over medium heat.

Remove the shrimp and make the sauce by adding butter and garlic to the skillet.

Add broth to the skillet and deglaze the pan. Let it simmer and reduce it by half.

Add half and half and bring to a simmer. Add in the parmesan and whisk until melted. Finish with fresh herbs. Add shrimp back in.
