If you just do not feel like dealing with the bones, you will love these boneless Buffalo chicken wings. All the deliciousness with none of the hassle.

–  Flour – Salt, pepper – Cayenne pepper – Paprika – Garlic powder – Egg – Buttermilk – Chicken breasts – Buffalo sauce – Butter – Oil for frying

In order to have juicy boneless chicken, you will need to soak your raw chicken in buttermilk for at least an hour up to 24 hours.

Add the seasonings to the flour and combine well.

Whisk the eggs and the batter the chicken with egg, using one hand. Then dip it into the flour mixture, coating it completely.

To achieve the crispy chicken pieces, dip them and coat them in the egg/flour twice. Once you repeat the process, lay them on a baking sheet and refrigerate them 20 min before frying.

Once they are fried, have fun serving them with a variety of dipping sauces. You can enjoy them in a wrap with lettuce and tomatoes or serve them with a salad and potatoes. Have fun with them!
