Blueberry banana smoothie bowl

A smoothie bowl, nice cream, whatever you call it, I love them! I love a good smoothie, but to me, a smoothie bowl is a little more substantial. This Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl was so sweet and delicious. It kept me full for hours.

– Frozen bananas – Wild blueberries – Almond milk – Chia seeds – Toppings: cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, granola, kiwi, nuts, strawberries

Add almond milk to the blender along with blueberries and bananas to get the base of your smoothie bowl started. Then blend in the chia seeds. This will thicken it up as the seeds soak up the liquid.

Swap any milk you use for the almond milk. Start with less milk to get the ingredients and then add a bit more until it's the thick consistency you want.

There's no rule to which fruit and toppings to add to the top of your smoothie bowl. Have fun adding your favorites!
