Add bananas and oats to a large mixing bowl.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.

Gently flatten each cookie. They will not flatten in the oven as they bake.

Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool slightly before removing from the pan.
