A parfait is a layered dish usually served at breakfast. It's often layered with yogurt, cream, and fruit. You can customize it to your tastes with different kinds of fruits and how much yogurt you choose to use. It's fun and pretty!

Cook the Italian sausage in the Dutch oven, then add in the garlic, carrots. Let it soften a few minutes before adding in the potatoes, seasonings and chicken stock. Let the soup simmer 10 minutes.

Stir in the broccoli, peas and corn and let the ingredients combine in the soup for 5 more minutes.
