Garlic parmesan broccoli & cauliflower

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower is a quick and easy side dish that's healthy, low carb, gluten-free, and vegetarian.

Broccoli florets Cauliflower florets Avocado oil spray Salt and pepper Garlic Parmesan cheese

Cut up the broccoli and cauliflower pieces to be similar sized so they bake evenly.

Spray the avocado oil over the veggies and then season with salt and pepper.

At 25 minutes, mix the veggies with the minced garlic and cheese, then let it cook another 5 min.
