instant pot mashed sweet potatoes

This recipe for Instant Pot Mashed Sweet Potatoes is admittedly one of the easiest recipes of all time. I feel like it's barely even able to be considered a recipe. It's that simple! It saves so much hassle and time.

– Sweet potatoes – Butter – Brown sugar – Ground cinnamon

Best part about this recipe is that not only do you get to avoid peeling the potatoes, but they literally just fall out of the skins after cooking.

Set the potatoes on the trivet over the water. Add the top and seal the Instant Pot. Turn the timer on to 15 minutes.

When you remove the sweet potatoes from the instant pot, the skins will just slide away. Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients and whip them together.

Sprinkle with extra cinnamon right before serving.
