Mexican Shredded Beef

A crockpot Mexican shredded beef that is seasoned with chipotle chile and perfect for tacos and burrito bowls.

– fire-roasted tomatoes – onion – jalapeno – garlic – salt – paprika – onion and chili powder – apple cider vinegar – low sodium soy sauce – limes – shoulder or chuck roast – oil

Combine all of the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl and set aside.

Season the roast on all sides and sear in a hot skillet with oil.

Add the roast to the crockpot and top with the sauce. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
