Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower is a quick and easy side dish that's healthy, low carb, gluten-free, and vegetarian.

The only ingredients you'll need are: broccoli cauliflower oil spray salt & pepper garlic parmesan

While the oven is preheating, break the cauliflower and broccoli into uniform size pieces

Spray them with oil spray and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove them from the oven, add in the minced garlic and half of the parmesan. Mix and roast 5 more minutes. Remove and add the rest of the parmesan.
