This egg salad with dill is an easy-to-make, filling, quick meal. It can be served on sandwiches, in wraps, or eaten on its own.

– Hard boiled eggs – Mayonnaise – Mustard – Salt – Ground black pepper – Fresh dill – Paprika – Pickle juice (optional)

Peel the hard boiled eggs. Chop up both the egg white and yok into small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl.

Add the mayonnaise and mustard to the bowl.

Sprinkle in the seasonings into the mixture.

If you're using the pickle juice, add it in and give everything a good stir.
