Honey sriracha sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for everything from vegetables to chicken wings. This spicy sauce comes together with just a few simple ingredients and will quickly become your new favorite sauce.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat
Whisk together and continue stirring as it heats
Bring it to a boil and then turn it down to a simmer.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. It will start to thicken slightly.
Remove from the heat and allow it to cool. It will continue to thicken more as it cools down.
Enjoy!
Notes
Can add to variety of items for either dipping or as a "honey sriracha glaze": shrimp (honey sriracha shrimp), vegetables like brussel sprouts to make sriracha honey brussel sprouts, on top of meatballs (link to turkey meatballs) for some honey sriracha meatballs, to your favorite wings (I like these crispy air fryer wings) for some honey sriracha wings.
Use it to make sriracha mayo
Control the heat by lowering or increasing the amount of sriracha
