These healthy banana oatmeal cookies are only two ingredients and easy to make. They are delicious and can be made gluten free.

quick cooking oats

bananas

mix-ins (blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, protein powder)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the oats to the mashed bananas and mix to combine. If using in mix-ins, add them here.
Scoop the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and flatten them slightly with a fork.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before eating.
