Baked Potato Wedges

With crispy garlic potato wedges, you get a soft inside and a crispy outside. They are made entirely in the oven without any boiling needed.

For this recipe, you'll need Yukon gold potatoes, avocado oil spray, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into 1/2" wedges and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spray with oil and season them.

Roast them for 20-25 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with extra coarse salt if you want!
