In under 30 minutes, you can have crispy, flavorful homemade fries along side your favorite burger.

– Yukon potatoes – salt and pepper – Avocado cooking spray – Garlic powder

Clean the potatoes really well but you don't have to peel them. Yay! Cut them into 1/2" wedges.

Coat the potatoes in avocado oil on all sides, then season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.

Bake the potatoes for about 25 minutes. Then, this is the important step, broil them for 2-3 minutes at the end. They get that golden crust!
