My favorite part about this recipe is that not only do you get to avoid peeling the potatoes, but they literally just fall out of the skins after cooking. It's wonderful! They mash so easily, that I often just use a fork.

– Sweet potatoes – Butter – Brown sugar – Ground cinnamon

Slice the sweet potatoes in half length-wise. No peeling needed, the skins slip off after cooking!

Cook on high for 15 minutes.

The skins will slip off as you transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add in the seasonings and ingredients and mash them into the potatoes.
