Condensed Milk Cookies Recipe
These easy Condensed Milk Cookies are easy to make and perfect for cookie exchanges! They only require six ingredients (no eggs) and are fun to make with the kiddos! Perfect for anyone who doesn’t eat chocolate.

Ingredients

all purpose flour
¾
cup
butter
softened
½
teaspoon
baking soda
1
teaspoon
baking powder
¾
cup
sweetened condensed milk
½
cup
granulated sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat.
Add the butter and sugar to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer.
Mix them until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend until it’s creamy.
Add baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix until combined.
Add flour and blend until fully incorporated.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 72 hours.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
Use a cookie scoop to form balls of dough, and drop them 2” apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Allow them to cool about 1 minute on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
