Add orange juice, lemon juice, and honey to a saucepan.
Bring it to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Make a cornstarch slurry with the cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of cold water whisked together. Pour the slurry into the dressing and whisk. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
Add all of the fruits to a large mixing bowl and pour the dressing over.
