Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

garlic

jalapeno
seeds and ribs removed for less spice

lime
juiced

honey

salmon filets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Add the olive oil, garlic, jalapeno, lime, and honey to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
Place the salmon filets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Cover each filet with the jalapeno mix.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides. I love to have mine with avocado mango salsa and jasmine rice.
