This lemon butter salmon recipe is so easy to make and gives a really flavorful dinner with only 4 ingredients. It’s simple to assemble and only needs about 12 minutes in the oven.
I prefer to use unsalted butter in order to control the salt in the dish. Because the Tuscan Herb Seasoning has salt in it already, I find that unsalted butter gives the best flavor.
You can broil it at the end. If you like a crispy exterior to your salmon, you can open the foil packets and broil for the last minute or so of cooking time to crisp up the top. You’ll want to remove the lemon slices before doing this.
