Ingredients

avocado

tablespoon
plain nonfat Greek yogurt

tablespoon
lime juice

jalapeno
grated

garlic powder

teaspoon
black pepper

kosher salt
Instructions
Add the avocado to a bowl and mash it with a fork. Go until it's just a little chunkier than you like. It will smoth out with mixing.
Add in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix to combine.
Add the jalapeno and salt to taste.
Mix it until it's fully combined and enjoy!
