Ingredients

ground beef
salt and pepper to taste

cornstarch

paprika

onion powder

tsp
garlic powder

sugar

tomato paste

beef broth

cups
macaroni elbows
1/2
cup
heavy cream
2
cups
sharp cheddar
shredded
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a deep skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the ground beef until fully browned and cooked through. If needed, drain the grease and return it to the skillet.
Add the cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sugar to the ground beef and mix to combine.
Add in the tomato paste and mix to combine.
Add the macaroni elbows and beef broth to the skillet, stir, and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, just until the pasta is al dente and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the lid and stir. Add in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese and mix to combine.
