Ingredients
1/2
cup
old fashioned oats
2
teaspoons
cinnamon
a pinch of kosher salt
2
tablespoons
chopped pecans
1
ripe banana
mashed
1/2
cup
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2
tablespoon
pure maple syrup
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
unsweetened plain almond milk
Instructions
Pour oats into a jar. Top the oats with the remaining ingredients.
Place a lid on the jar and shake until all ingredients are incorporated and mixed thoroughly.
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
When ready to eat, you can top them with additional pecans and banana or eat as is! I like mine with a small dollop of whip cream.
