Add the ground beef and season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook the ground beef, breaking apart, until cooked through and no longer pink.
Add the Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef mix and stir to combine.
Add in the mayo and ketchup. Mix until they are fully incorporated and combined. You don't want any lumps of them in the meat mix.
Remove from the heat and set it aside.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Slice them horizontally (keeping them as one piece/don't tear them apart).
Remove the top from the rolls and set it aside.
Place the slices of American cheese on the bottom half of the rolls, covering the bread.
Top the American cheese with the ground beef mixture and spread it out evenly. It will be stacked high.
Top the ground beef mixture with the shredded cheddar, spreading it across the top evenly.
Take the top half of the rolls and put them on top of the shredded cheese.
Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter and evenly sprinkle it with garlic salt and sesame seeds.
Place the sliders in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove them from the oven and slice them into individual portions and dip in the burger sauce when serving!

Notes
The ground beef will feel like too much, but just stack it high on top of the cheese. It's okay if a little bit falls out. It will cook down as it bakes.
Resist the urge to break the rolls apart. This works best if you keep the rolls together.
