Dijon Mustard Deviled Eggs
This amazing deviled egg recipe is quick and easy. They are creamy, tangy bites seasoned to perfection and topped with a sprinkle of paprika. Whether it's a potluck, snacking at home, or a laid-back get-together, these crowd-pleasing treats will disappear in no time.

Ingredients
- large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon dijon or dill mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- paprika
- Optional: tabasco, sweet pickle relish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes.
- Immediately remove the eggs from the boiling water and place them in an ice bath.
- Peel the eggs and put them in a container in the refrigerator to cool completely.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- Add the yolks, mayo, mustard, garlic salt, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks and mix to combine.
- Divide the yolk mixture among the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
