In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom, milk, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir until combined. **If you are concerned about burn notice, you can add the cream of mushroom after the pressure cooking time**
Pour mixture over green beans.
Secure lid and set the pressure valve to SEALING.
Cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 15 minutes.
Press CANCEL.
Quick-release the pressure and remove the lid.
Add in the shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup of the fried onions. Stir to combine.
Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle remaining friend onions on top.
Notes
If using a newer Instant Pot model, consider adding an extra 1/4 cup of liquid to prevent a burn notice. Avoid stirring after adding the liquid mix to keep thicker components from sticking to the bottom.
