Last, but most definitely not least. We end National Cookie Day with the ever famous Sugar Cookie Cut Out cookies. These guys are the perfect balance of a soft cookie, but still hold their shape when cut and baked. They make the best Christmas Cookies! It may or may not also be the best raw cookie dough to eat from the bowl. I'm not suggesting anyone do that because of salmonella and all, butttttttttttt I'm not saying I don't do it.
