I love this chicken. Simple, easy, and so good!
The trick to chicken in the crock pot is not to over cook it.
For the longest time I struggled trying to figure out why my chicken always came out dry or with a weird texture.
Someone suggested that I shorten the cooking time and voila! Chicken magic.
This recipe is sweet with a little spicy kick from the red pepper flakes.
It’s a very simple, light recipe, and even has a shorter cooking time as far as crock pots are concerned.

ShareCrock Pot Honey Asian Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crock pot and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour into the crock pot with the chicken.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
