I love this chicken. Simple, easy, and so good! The trick to chicken in the crock pot is not to over cook it. For the longest time I struggled trying to figure out why my chicken always came out dry or with a weird texture. Someone suggested that I shorten the cooking time and voila! Chicken magic.
This recipe is sweet with a little spicy kick from the red pepper flakes. It's a very simple, light recipe, and even has a shorter cooking time as far as crock pots are concerned.
