Why I love this Greek Seasoning
- Cost effective – It’s often more cost effective to make your own than buying the pre-mixed seasoning
- Less fillers – With this Greek seasoning blend, all you’ll have is a mix of herbs and spices. There’s no extras with preservatives and fillers. You know exactly what is in it.
- Lower sodium / Less salt – You can control the amount of salt you want in your mix. Instead of having a salt heavy pre-made mix, you can put as much or as little salt as you’d like.
- Easily scalable – You buy your spice components in bulk and make large batches at once. You can also scale it down to make as little as you need for a single recipe. Not only will you save money by buying in bulk, but you can also save by only making what you need and not wasting the extra.
