why i like breakfast berry parfait
I love when I can have a meal that feels incredibly indulgent, but still fits within my health goals. This breakfast berry parfait does just that. It packs 18g of protein in a sweet treat. It's also incredibly easy to make so that is a big bonus too!
ingredients you'll need for breakfast berry parfait
- nonfat plain Greek yogurt (I also really like Greek Gods Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt)
- honey
- strawberries
- blueberries
- granola
how to make breakfast berry parfait

- In a glass, place ½ cup of greek yogurt in the bottom.
- Layer half of your sliced strawberries, followed by half of your blueberries and half of your granola.
- Repeat the above layers.
- Enjoy!
tips and tricks
- If you plan to meal prep this in advance, I would recommend leaving the granola separate until you're ready to eat. That way, it stays crunchy!
- You can customize this however you like. I love going with berries so blackberries and raspberries are also good in this.
- If you're not a fan of the nonfat plain Greek yogurt, substitute it for one you do like.
I recommend a Ball jar that is easy to transport.
It's entirely up to you. I personally prefer a Greek yogurt because they are thicker and creamier.
alterations to lower calories or ww points
- Stick with nonfat plain Greek yogurt or a similar alternative. It's high in protein and great on macros.
- You can swap the regular granola with protein granola.

Ingredients
- 1 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ cup sliced Strawberries
- ¼ cup Blueberries
- ¼ cup Granola
Instructions
- In a glass, place ½ cup of greek yogurt in the bottom.
- Layer half of your sliced strawberries, followed by half of your blueberries and half of your granola.
- Repeat the above layers.
- Enjoy!
