Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier? To lose weight? To be more conscious of what you put in your body? Maybe to be sure to start eating breakfast every morning? If you’ve made any of those resolutions, this is the perfect recipe. It’s a filling breakfast that’s fast and easy to make.
I use honey greek yogurt, but you can substitute it for vanilla or any other flavor you like. If you don’t like greek yogurt, you can replace that too with whatever you favorite is. I personally prefer Greek Gods honey greek yogurt for the flavor and texture, but like I said, whatever suits your fancy!
I should also apologize for the severe lack of posts recently. We moved out of our house and lived with a close family friend while our new home was being built. So, for about 6 months I didn’t have a kitchen of my own! Blogging can be a little bit of a … um… messy situation so I didn’t want to force that on anyone else’s home. I was able to squeeze in some Halloween ones, but ended up sick and couldn’t even finish those. It was sad. I love my little corner of cyber space so I’m definitely happy to be in our new home and back to my regular routine.
What do y’all think about the new blog layout and logo? I’m always trying to find ways that make it easier for you guys to find recipes and I’m hoping the new layout works for you.
If you guys want to see anything specific in the coming year, just let me know! Until then, enjoy this super delicious parfait that will fit in with all of those New Year’s resolutions!
