- Add the avocado oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs.

- Let them sear for about 1 minute and then pour in the buffalo sauce.
- Continue to cook them until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF, about 5 more minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
