How to make Mexican Slow Cooker Chicken into a Freezer Meal
Place all the ingredients in a freezer-safe container. I use freezer-safe, zip-top bags. Press the air out of it and the freezer flat. When you’re ready to use, thaw in the refrigerator and then pour into the crockpot. Cook as normal.

To plan ahead and save time, you can put all of the ingredients in the crockpot sleeve the night before and place it in the refrigerator. The next morning, set the sleeve into the crockpot and cook as normal.
