These cookies have 2 ingredients. Yep, only two. What better way to make a cookie in the Super Simple Series? Oh that’s right, they’re good for you too! You read that right. These cookies are so easy to make and you can mix in any other add-ins that you’d like. My favorite is dark chocolate chips and my husbands favorite is raisins. But to be totally honest, they’re great without anything added in. You can even eat them for breakfast! Another thing I like to mix in is protein powder. If I feel I’m not getting enough protein for the day, I’ll make a batch of these up and eat them. So good!
